Supporting foundation

The foundation is a foundation without legal capacity. The foundation's assets are owned by the sponsoring foundation:

The supporting foundation manages the day-to-day business, represents the foundation externally, manages the foundation's assets and uses the foundation's income in accordance with the law, the statutes and the resolutions of the Board of Trustees.
